About The Role
Structure: 15-day unpaid training → 3-month paid internship
Stipend: ₹5,000/month
Hours: 6–8 hours/week (with occasional 8–10 hours during extremely busy weeks)
Start: Immediate
Location: Remote (You must be an 18+ Indian citizen)
Tools: Canva + Notion + Google Docs/Sheets
This is an execution-focused role; perfect for someone who wants to learn, grow, and get hands-on experience in a creative business.
You do NOT need to ideate content or strategize.
I’ll handle thinking; you’ll help me bring everything to life with clean, consistent design and organized support.
What You’ll Do (Internship Phase)
1. Canva Graphics (Core)

Turn my weekly content text into on-brand carousels

Create reel covers and story graphics

Design simple PDFs/resources/worksheets for workshops & client programs

Maintain consistent spacing, alignment, typography, and brand identity

Catch typos or inconsistencies before sending drafts
2. Lead Sourcing

Find relevant high quality leads for my cold outreach strategy {based on my instructions}

Build weekly lead lists & database
-
Keep everything organized in Notion/Sheets
3. Content Repurposing (Will be added in 3rd month)

Take my long-form content (blogs/newsletters) and pull out relevant snippet +convert them into carousel drafts or story layouts

Follow the style, content ideas & patterns I teach you
4. Resource/Client Material Support (Occasional)

Help design worksheets, guides, and simple resource materials

Keep creative files tidy and structured
What You’ll Learn in the 15-Day Training Period (Unpaid)
Hours: 6–8 hours/week
This period helps you settle into the workflow without the pressure of deliverables.
This is a gentle onboarding phase where you learn:

How I find authors for cold outreach

How to maintain clean file organization

How to revise designs based on feedback

How we use Notion + Google Docs/Sheets for workflow
You’ll create practice designs and do trial lead sourcing, and I’ll review and refine with you.
This is a supportive, growth-focused experience.
Opportunity After Internship
If I enjoy working with you and your work is consistent, you may move into a part-time Creative Virtual Assistant role (₹10,000–₹12,000/month) with:
